General Rental Conditions

The driver have to be in possession of a valid European driving licence, otherwise should have an international driving licence.

The renter must be at least 25 year old and to have at least one year valid the driving licence.

The renter will be charged with all the traffic tickets as well as the value of the gasoline. The renter should return the same amount of petrol that will receive in the first day. There is no refunds for the petrol.

The renter will be charged in case of the loss or damage the car key, damage the tires, or damage the interior or the undercarriage of the car.

Reservations should be made as by a category and not by a specific car type.

All car rentals during the high season will depend upon the availability.

All the car rentals should be sent at least 7 days prior to the arrival , otherwise will be a subject to availability.

General Insurance Conditions

Third Party Insurance (TI)

Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of EUR 500.000,00 for personal injuries and 100.000,00 euros for material damages.

Excluded from the insurance is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)

Loss Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage or theft.

If LDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: EUR 380,00 for the mini (3t), 550,00 euros for the compact(5t), 1000,00 euros for the 9-seater and the 4 wheel jeep.

If the customer wants to be excluded also from the above amounts then he will have to pay 7 euros per day for the mini category and 10 euros per day for the rest of the categories

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

The drivers are insured with the sum of 20.000,00 euros

Delivery & Collection

Within city limits a Delivery/Collection Service is free.

Outside city limits or Delivery/Collection off the office hours from 09:00 - 21:00, EUR 25,00 will be charged.

Additional Driver

No Additional Driver Surcharge applies.

Cross Border Rentals & Territorial Restrictions

The renters are not allowed to transfer the cars outside the Kefalonia's island boarders without the written permit ion of our office.

Conditions of Payment

- We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card, an additional 2% of bank commission will be charged in case of the use of the credit cards.

- Cash.

Extras

Babe seats,

A fee of 3,00 euros per day for a babe seat up to a three years old and a 2,00 euros for booster seats for the kids older that three years old.

Infant seats are free of charge.

The above terms and the prices, can be replaced, without warning.
