1. Driver ' s age : Minimal age of driver the 23 years
2. Driving license: It is required and has to be published at least before one year.

3. Minimal hire: Most minimum time of hire, one day. Each hour of delay, is overloaded with the 1/5 of daily price. Delay more than three hours, is overloaded with the price of one day.

4. Fuels: The fuels are paid by the tenant

5. Fines: Fines as well as calls that result at the period of hire, from violation of provisions of the KOK, concern and they are rendered responsible the tenant.

6. Insurance: In the prices of renting , are included the below actuarial covers :

a) Death or bodily damage third until 500,000 Euros

b) Material damage third until 100,000 Euros

c) the rented car, from theft and fire.

d) C.D.W collision damage waiver. This term is efficient in cases were the damages are not caused from the violations of the K.O.K( driving rules instructions)

The above terms are in effect in cases where the damages are not caused from the violations of KOK

e) F.D.W ( FULL DAMAGE WAIVER). No excess policy by Mercury car hire company provides you care free hassle free car hire. This cover does not concern damage that has been caused while the driver was in situation of intoxication or under the influence of narcotics. Also is not covered the damage which was caused by movement of vehicle in streets without asphalt, attendance in fights of cars or at the performance of illegal activities, as well as damage that was caused by violations of KOK.

The tenant is person in charge for damage in the interior, in the machine, in the tyres, key loss or breakage, car carter damages, gear box damages: The above damage is not covered by no insurance (CDW or FDW) .

 f ) Personal safety of accident (PAI): It covers the driver of vehicle on death or bodily damage up to the sum of 15,000 Euros

7. Extra driver: free of charge

8. Children's seats: provided free of charge, after it is asked, for children of age under the 3 years.

9. Taxes: All the prices include VAT 19%, and local taxes.

10. Transport of car out of borders: It is allowed only with written approval of company

11. Delivery - receipt: Free of charge in the airport, in our offices, and in beam 15 hm, round them.

12. Transport with boat: It is allowed only with written approval of company.

13. Availability: "MERCURY" maintains the right to change the model of car in special cases.

14. Road Help: 24 hours

The above terms and the prices, can be replaced, without warning.
